of our actions. Even though, not always the decisions we consciously

knows you better than yourself. Finally, you can build your list
with the things to do and the ones always to avoid.
And don't forget to enjoy yourself in the process.
Try to perform actions that make you have a good opinion
about your own person. For example, reading a book, taking care
of your dog or of a sick person, sharing with others your efforts
-all of these feed your inner self with joy and make you feel good about yourself.
